<figure><img src="/files/x7lnAigelDIAQ5kqbLXq" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

> <mark style="color:orange;">**Empowers users to optimise their cryptocurrency holdings through three key avenues: Trading, Earning, and Empowering**</mark><mark style="color:orange;">.</mark>

## The choice of the people

FusionX Finance is the leading decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Mantle Network, with the highest volume and liquidity. Providing users with a secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform for trading and earning.

## Trading

**The go-to DEX for users**

FusionX Finance emerges as the pioneer DeFi ecosystem on the Mantle Network, garnering widespread support and recognition from the community.

**Cost-effective transactions**

Why pay more? FusionX Finance leverages the efficiency of the Mantle Network, a blockchain network with significantly lower transaction costs compared to Ethereum or any other network. Enjoy reduced fees for trading, offering you a double advantage.

**Complete decentralisation**

Trade seamlessly and securely directly from your wallet app. Unlike centralised exchanges, FusionX Finance ensures that your funds remain under your complete ownership and control, providing you with 100% ownership of your crypto assets.

## Earning

**Earn FSX tokens and other rewards with exceptionally high-interest rates and APR/APY.**

> <mark style="color:orange;">The annual percentage yield (APY) is</mark> <mark style="color:orange;">**the real rate of return earned on an investment**</mark><mark style="color:orange;">, taking into account the effect of compounding interest. Unlike simple interest, compounding interest is calculated periodically and the amount is immediately added to the balance.</mark>

**Participate in Yield Farms for FSX**

Stake LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens and start earning FSX tokens. While this may expose you to market fluctuations, the higher Annual Percentage Rates (APR) make it a rewarding option to offset the associated risks.

**Earn Trading Fees with Liquidity Pools (LPs)**

Even if your desired trading pair is not supported on the Farms page, you can still earn trading fees by staking your tokens in Liquidity Pools (LPs). Make the most of your FSX tokens by earning additional rewards through trading activity.

{% hint style="info" %} <mark style="color:orange;">FusionX Finance has not yet deployed its FSX token but plans to introduce it at a later stage. The token will offer users the potential to earn rewards through various mechanisms like Yield Farms, and Liquidity Pools.</mark>
{% endhint %}

## Empowering

**Leverage your assets for growth**

With FusionX Finance, you can leverage your assets to access various opportunities for growth and maximise your returns. FusionX Finance provides avenues for users to optimise their crypto holdings and generate additional income.

**Community-driven governance**

FusionX Finance believes in the power of community participation and decentralisation. Through its governance mechanism, users have a say in the decision-making process and can actively contribute to shaping the future of the platform. This ensures that the ecosystem remains dynamic, adaptable, and aligned with the interests of its users.

# Create a Wallet

To get started on FusionX, the first thing you'll need is to set up a wallet that supports Mantle. Wallets are available both on desktop computers and on smartphone devices. You'll need to choose the wallet that fits your needs best.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**When you're setting up a wallet, be sure to:**

* ✅ **Download and install only the latest version from an official source.**
* ✅ **Follow the setup guide carefully.**
* ✅ **Safely back up your recovery phrases.**
* ❌ **NEVER share your recovery phrases with anyone, under any circumstances.**
* ❌ **NEVER input your recovery phrase to a website or app, other than your wallet app.**
  {% endhint %}

## Smartphone/Mobile or Desktop wallet?

Mobile device wallets and desktop-based wallets have different strengths and weaknesses. Consider which fits your needs better to help decide which type of wallet to use.

|                                   | Mobile | Desktop |
| --------------------------------- | ------ | ------- |
| Use anywhere                      | ✅      | ➖       |
| Easy to use                       | ✅      | ➖       |
| More secure                       | ➖      | ✅       |

# Get ERC20 Tokens

The native tokens of Mantle chain are **ERC20**.

To do most things on MANTLE, you will need to pay gas, which comes in the form of ERC20 FSX.

You will also need the ERC20 version of any token you want to trade, stake etc. on MANTLE.

# Using FusionX Without Centralized Exchanges

You don't need an account with Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Huobi, OKEx or any other centralized exchange to start using FusionX!

FusionX is a decentralized application. That means, unlike Binance or other centralized platforms, you don't need to register account to use it... you just need a crypto wallet. So how can you get crypto onto FusionX without using a centralized exchange?

# Connect Your Wallet to FusionX

You've made a wallet and gotten your ERC20 tokens, now you just need to connect your wallet with FusionX and you're good to go!

# Troubleshooting Errors

## Issues on the Exchange

### **INSUFFICIENT\_OUTPUT\_AMOUNT**

> <mark style="color:red;">The transaction cannot succeed due to the error: FusionXRouter:INSUFFICIENT\_OUTPUT\_AMOUNT. This is probably an issue with one of the tokens you are swapping.</mark>

You're trying to swap tokens, but your slippage tolerance is too low or liquidity is too low.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution" %}

1. Refresh your page and try again later.
2. Try trading a smaller amount at one time.
3. Increase your slippage tolerance:
   1. Tap the settings icon on the liquidity page.
   2. Increase your slippage tolerance a little and try again.
4. Lastly, try inputting an amount with fewer decimal places.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reason" %}
**This usually happens when trading tokens with low liquidity.**

That means there isn't enough of one of the tokens you're trying to swap in the Liquidity Pool: it's probably a small-cap token that few people are trading.

However, there's also the chance that you're trying to trade a scam token which cannot be sold. In this case, FusionX Finance isn't able to block a token or return funds.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### **INSUFFICIENT\_A\_AMOUNT or INSUFFICIENT\_B\_AMOUNT**

> <mark style="color:red;">Fail with error 'FusionXRouter: INSUFFICIENT\_A\_AMOUNT'</mark>\ <mark style="color:red;">or</mark>\ <mark style="color:red;">Fail with error 'FusionXRouter: INSUFFICIENT\_B\_AMOUNT'</mark>

You're trying to add/remove liquidity from a liquidity pool (LP), but there isn't enough of one of the two tokens in the pair.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution" %}
**Refresh your page and try again, or try again later.**

Still doesn't work?

1. Tap the settings icon on the liquidity page.
2. Increase your slippage tolerance a little and try again.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reason" %}
The error is caused by trying to add or remove liquidity for a liquidity pool (LP) with an insufficient amount of token A or token B (one of the tokens in the pair).

It might be the case that prices are updating too fast when and your slippage tolerance is too low.\\

<figure><img src="/files/fG9mLHHrVGatH2vtO5BM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/TkZk6z2qAdgvtH4N4PuQ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Transaction cannot succeed

Try trading a smaller amount, or increase slippage tolerance via the settings icon and try again. This is caused by low liquidity.

### **Price Impact too High**

Try trading a smaller amount, or increase slippage tolerance via the settings icon and try again. This is caused by low liquidity.

### EstimateGas failed

> <mark style="color:red;">This transaction would fail. Please contact support</mark>

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution" %}
**If you got this error while removing liquidity from a MNT pair:**

Please select "Receive MNT" and retry.

**If you got this error while trying to swap:**

Please contact the project team of the token you're trying to swap.\*\* \*\*This issue must be resolved by the project team.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reason" %}
**This issue (while swapping) is caused by tokens which have hard-coded the V1 FusionX into their contract.**

While this practice is ill-advised at best, the reason for these projects having done this appears to be due to their tokenomics, in which each purchase sends a % of the token to LPs.

The projects affected will likely not work with the V2 router: they will most likely need to create new versions of their tokens pointing to our new router address, and migrate any existing token holders to their new token.

We recommend that any projects which created such tokens should also make efforts to prevent their users from adding them to V2 LP.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Cannot read property 'toHexString' of undefined

> <mark style="color:red;">"Unknown error: "Cannot read property 'toHexString' of undefined"</mark>

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution" %}

1. Check to make sure you have sufficient funds available.
2. Ensure you have given the contract allowance to spend the amount of funds you're attempting to trade with.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reason" %}
This error happens when trading tokens with insufficient allowance, or when a wallet has insufficient funds.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Out of Gas error

> <mark style="color:red;">Warning! Error encountered during contract execution \[out of gas]</mark>

You have set a low gas limit when trying to make a transaction.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution" %}
Try manually increasing the **gas limit** (not gas price!) in your wallet before signing the transaction.

A limit of 200000 is usually enough.

The above example is from Metamask; check your wallet's documentation if you aren't sure how to adjust the gas limit.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reason" %}
Basically, your wallet (Metamask, Trust Wallet, etc.) can't finish what it's trying to do.

Your wallet estimates that the gas limit is too low, so the function call runs out of gas before the function call is finished.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### ERC20: transfer amount exceeds allowance

> <mark style="color:red;">Fail with error 'ERC20: transfer amount exceeds allowance'</mark>

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution" %}

1. Use Unrekt.net to revoke approval for the smart contract you're trying to interact with
2. Approve the contract again, without setting a limit on spend allowance
3. Try interacting with the contract again.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Reason" %}
This happens when you set a limit on your spend allowance when you first approved the contract, then try to swap more than the limit.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### ERC20: transfer amount exceeds balance

> <mark style="color:red;">Fail with error 'ERC20: transfer amount exceeds balance'</mark>

You're probably trying to unstake from a Pool with low rewards in it. Solution below.

If not, you may be trying to send tokens that you don't have in your wallet (for example, trying to send a token that is already assigned to a pending transaction). In this case, just make sure you have the tokens you're trying to use.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="First Tab" %}
Firstly, let the team know which pool you're trying to unstake from, so they can top up the rewards. If you're in a hurry to unstake and you don't mind losing your pending yield, try an emergencyWithdraw:

You can perform an “emergencyWithdraw” from the contract directly to unstake your staked tokens.

1. Find the contract address of the Pool you're trying to unstake from. You can find it in your wallet's transaction log.
2. Go to <https://explorer.mantle.xyz/> and in the search bar, enter the contract address.
3. Select **Write Contract.**
4. Click **“Connect to Web3”** and connect your wallet.
5. In section **“4. emergencyWithdraw”,** enter "0" and click “Write”.

This will unstake your staked tokens and lose any uncollected yield.

{% hint style="info" %} <mark style="color:blue;">**This will lose any yield that you haven’t harvested yet.**</mark>
{% endhint %}
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Second Tab" %}
This error tends to appear when you're trying to unstake from an old Single Staking Pool, but there aren't enough rewards in the pool left for you to harvest when withdrawing. This causes the transaction to fail.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

### Unsupported Chain ID

Switch your network to Mantle Network. Check your wallet's documentation for a guide if you need help.

## Internal JSON-RPC errors

> <mark style="color:red;">"MetaMask - RPC Error: Internal JSON-RPC error. estimateGas failed removeLiquidityETHWithPermitSupportingFeeOnTransferTokens estimateGas failed removeLiquidityETHWithPermit "</mark>

Happens when trying to remove liquidity on some tokens via Metamask. Root cause is still unknown. Try using an alternative wallet.

> <mark style="color:red;">Internal JSON-RPC error. { "code": -32000, "message": "insufficient funds for transfer" } - Please try again.</mark>

You don't have enough MNT to pay for the transaction fees. You need more ERC-20 network MNT in your wallet.

### Error: \[ethjs-query]

> <mark style="color:red;">Error: \[ethjs-query] while formatting outputs from RPC '{"value":{"code":-32603,"data":{"code":-32000,"message":"transaction underpriced"}}}"</mark>

Increase the gas limit for the transaction in your wallet. Check your wallet's documentation to learn how to increase gas limit.

> <mark style="color:red;">Swap failed: Error: \[ethjs-query] while formatting outputs from RPC '{"value":{"code":-32603,"data":{"code":-32603,"message":"handle request error"}}}'</mark>

Cause unclear. Try these steps before trying again:

1. Increase gas limit
2. Increase slippage
3. Clear cache

### Checking username keeps spinning

There are two possible causes.

1. You have multiple wallets installed on the browser.
2. Network issue.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Solution 1" %}
Root cause: You have multiple wallets installed on the browser.\
\
It may make a conflict between wallets. This is out of FusionX Finance's control and we can do nothing.

1. Have only single wallet installed on browser, remove the others.
2. Reconnect the wallet and retry setting username again.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Second Tab" %}
Root cause: Network is unstable.

You have to retry.

1. Delete whatever has been entered in the text field completely.
2. Re-type username, then please wait for seconds.
3. If it doesn’t work, reload the page and retry again.
   {% endtab %}
   {% endtabs %}

# Exchange

FusionX Finance as an Automated Market Maker (AMM) platform, with its Exchange serving as the core feature. FusionX Finance is the first community-driven AMM on the Mantle Network.

The Exchange provided by FusionX Finance, a DeFi ecosystem built on the Mantle Network, encompasses a range of decentralised trading functionalities:

### Swapping/Trading:

FusionX Finance empowers users to engage in trading activities directly from their wallets, eliminating the need for reliance on centralised exchanges. Trust is maintained as transactions occur securely within the user's own wallet.

### Liquidity Pools:

To facilitate token swaps on FusionX Finance, sufficient liquidity for the respective tokens is essential. In cases where liquidity is lacking, the swapping process may become challenging, costly, or even infeasible. By contributing liquidity, users earn LP Tokens and receive rewards in the form of trading fees, ensuring continuous availability of liquidity for the exchange.

### Yield Farming:

FusionX Finance enables users providing liquidity to earn rFSX rewards by locking their LP tokens in a smart contract. This incentives users to balance the potential risk of impermanent loss associated with locking their liquidity.

### Initial Farm Offerings(IFOs Coming Soon)

FusionX Finance presents Initial Farm Offerings as limited-time opportunities for users to buy new tokens. IFOs often feature generous pricing structures, allowing users to participate in purchasing these tokens.

# How to Trade

Trading on Fusionx is very easy compared to most exchanges. You aren't going to be overwhelmed by charts or jargon, and trading routes and calculations are all handled for you by the FusionX Smart Router.

**Getting set up to trade**

Before you can trade, you will need a wallet that is compatible with Mantle. You can learn how to get one [here](https://docs.mantle.xyz/network/for-devs/common-use-cases/adding-mantle-wallet-support). You will also need to have some ERC-20 tokens to trade with. You can learn how to get some [here](https://docs.mantle.xyz/network/for-devs/common-use-cases/adding-mantle-wallet-support).

## Trading on the FusionX exchange

1 - Go to the [exchange page](https://fusionx.finance/swap)

2 - Unlock your wallet by clicking Connect **Wallet** (you can also **Connect** in the top right-hand corner). If you haven't yet connected your wallet to FusionX, you can view the guide.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/K0IkInnaUsFyBUWqdH0k" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

3 - Choose the token you want to trade from the dropdown menu in the upper section. Whichever token you choose, you will need to make sure you have a sufficient amount of them in your wallet to trade with. Your balance is shown above the token dropdown menu.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/7Y06dADrJhTo0ew7uX7F" alt="" width="300"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

4 - Choose the token you want to trade to in the lower section as above.

5 - Next, either type an amount in the upper section to input the number of tokens you want to swap (spending amount). Or, type an amount in the lower section to input the number of tokens you want to swap to (receiving amount).

Whichever section you input your amount, the amount in the other section will be estimated automatically.

6 - Check all the details, and click the **Swap** button.

If you are trading a token for the first time, you may need first to click "Enable XXX (your token)" to approve.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/683PyaRGqq6hSHtrjAzb" alt="" width="300"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

7 - A window with more details will appear. Check the details are correct. When you are ready, click the **Confirm Swap** button. Your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.

8 - Done! You can check your transaction on blockchain explorer by clicking the link shown above.

## **What is Smart Router V3, and how to use it?**

FusionX Smart Router is a routing algorithm that links V3, V2 and the AMM and market makers (Mantle), to always provide liquidity and pricing. On default, it executes trades across multiple pools to find the best price for traders

Smart Router is now the default route for FusionX Exchange V3. However, users are free to customize it for their needs.

# Liquidity Pools

## Exchange V3

In the new Exchange V3, liquidity will be managed in the form of non-fungible positions. You will still earn a share in the fees while providing liquidity.

When you add your token to a Liquidity Pool you will receive Liquidity Provider NFT tokens and share in the fees.

### **Non-fungible liquidity positions**

In V3, liquidity providers now have more control over what price range they want to deploy their liquidity. So, when you add your token to a Liquidity Pool in V3, you will create a new non-fungible liquidity position with its unique settings.

Therefore, in V3, liquidity positions are NFTs. Please note that these NFTs are transferable, and they represent the ownership of the underlying assets and the trading fees they earned.

In V3, trading fees will no longer be automatically compounded in the position. You can manually claim them on each of the position detail pages.

You can redeem your funds at any time by removing your liquidity.

### **Active liquidity and price ranges**

In V3, liquidity providers can configure their positions to only provide liquidity when the price is within a certain range. If the trading price moves out of the range, the position will consist of only one type of token in the pair and become inactive.

Inactive liquidity positions will not participate in trading or earn any trading fees.

### **Concentrated liquidity**

In V3, because of liquidity providers can concentrate their token deposits to provide liquidity only within a specific price range. With the same amount of underlying assets, V3 can support a much bigger trade.

It results in a much higher relative liquidity level when compared to V2. And liquidity providers can earn more trading fees with the same amount of capital.

Here is an example:

> Bruce and Aurelius both provided liquidity in the FSX/USDT pool with $1,000 USD worth of token assets. The current price of FSX is 0.5 USDT.
>
> Similar to FusionX v2, Bruce provided his liquidity across the entire price range. Therefore he deposited all of his capital, 500 USDT and 1000 FSX.
>
> Aurelius utilizes the new concentrated liquidity feature in FusionX v3 and created a position with a price range of 0.2 to 1.25 USDT per FSX. He deposited 185 USDT and 370 FSX, worth a total of $370. He is now able to spend the remaining $630 elsewhere, like locking FSX to get veFSX and get a bribe along with protocol fees.
>
> As long as FSX stays within the price range of 0.2 to 1.25, both Bruce and Aurelius will receive the same amount of trading fee rewards while Aurelius deposited way less capital to the liquidity pool.

### **Earning trading fees**

Providing liquidity rewards you in the form of trading fees when people use your liquidity pool to complete swaps.

Whenever someone trades on FusionX, for each hop (swap) in each Exchange V3 liquidity pool, depending on the liquidity pool fee tier, the trader pays a fee ranging from 0.01% to 1%. Their fee rates and fee breakdowns are shown as follows:

|                    | 0.01% | 0.05% | 0.25% | 1%  |
| ------------------ | ----- | ----- | ----- | --- |
| Liquidity Provider | 66%   | 66%   | 66%   | 66% |
| Treasury           | 17%   | 17%   | 17%   | 17% |
| For veFSX holders  | 17%   | 17%   | 17%   | 17% |

For example, in a 0.25% fee tier pool:

* Among all the active (in-range) liquidity positions, there are a total of 10 FSX and 10 MNT tokens.
* Someone trades 1 FSX for 1 MNT.
* Someone else trades 1 MNT for 1 FSX.
* The liquidity providers who are in the range providing active liquidity earned a total of 0.0017 FSX and 0.0017 MNT from the trades.
* Positions with price ranges that are not covering the current price, therefore being inactive, will not contribute to trading or earn any fees.

### **Earning FSX**

To make being a liquidity provider even more worth your while, you can also put your liquidity positions to work whipping up some fresh yield on the FARMS, while still earning trading fee rewards.

## Exchange V2

### LP Tokens

As an example, if you deposited **FSX** and **MNT** into a Liquidity Pool, you'd receive **FSX-MNT LP** tokens.

The number of LP tokens you receive represents your portion of the FSX-MNT Liquidity Pool.

You can also redeem your funds at any time by removing your liquidity.

### **Earning trading fees**

Whenever someone trades on FusionXV2, for each hop (swap) in each Exchange V2 liquidity pool, the trader pays a fixed 0.25% fee, **of which 0.17%** is added back to the Liquidity Pool in a form of trading fees.

Impermanent Loss

Providing liquidity is not without risk, as you may be exposed to impermanent loss.

# How to Add/Remove Liquidity

"Liquidity" is central to how FusionX Exchange works. You can add liquidity for any token pair by staking both through the Liquidity page.

In return for adding liquidity, you'll receive trading fees for that pair, and receive either an NFT or LP Tokens you can stake in [Farms](https://fusionx.finance/farms) to earn FSX rewards!

## Exchange V3

To provide liquidity, you’ll need to commit an amount of any token pair you like. Your lowest value (in USD) of the two tokens will be the limit to the liquidity you can provide.

You can easily trade for any tokens you need. Visit our [How to Trade on FusionX](/products/exchange/how-to-trade) guide if you need to.

In this example, we will add V3 liquidity using MNT and USDT.

## Add Liquidity

1 - Visit the [<mark style="color:orange;">Liquidity</mark>](https://fusionx.finance/liquidity) page

# Token Swap

[<mark style="color:orange;">**Token swaps**</mark>](https://fusionx.finance/swap) on FusionX are a simple way to trade one token for another via automated liquidity pools on Mantle Chain and also with market makers when trading tokens on Mantle.

<figure><img src="/files/K0IkInnaUsFyBUWqdH0k" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

![](https://github.com/FusionX-Finance/docs/blob/main/products/exchange/broken-reference)

When you make a token swap (trade) on the Mantle FusionX Exchange, you will pay trading fees according to the type of liquidity pool your trade is being routed through. You may check the route details by clicking the magnifier icon on the “Route” section.

For Exchange V3 liquidity pools, there are currently four different fee tiers: 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.25%, and 1%.

For Exchange V2 liquidity pools, a fixed 0.25% trading fee is applied, which is broken down as follows:

* **0.17%** - Returned to Liquidity Pools in the form of a fee reward for liquidity providers.
* **0.0225%** - Sent to the FusionX Treasury.

# Fees and Routes

In Exchange V3, on default, FusionX Smart Router will utilize liquidity from V3, V2 and the AMM and market makers (Mantle), to execute trades and find the best price for traders.

However, users are always able to customize their trade by choosing which liquidity sources the router shall utilize, and enable or disable multihops and split routing.

### **Check the fee rate and fee amount that is currently applied**

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/BRRLSlZxKhXR3PRHHJQ6" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

To check how much trading will be charged on your current swap, check out the “Fee” section in the swap detail section.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/iDNSfz6kv1zIBXAYWlQX" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

To check which type of pool and the fee tier your trade is currently routed through, check out the “Route” section.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/oHYNg3rXavVJ0Y2Rswqm" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

To learn more detail, click the magnifier icon to bring out the full trading route displays.

### **Customize liquidity sources**

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/QjStabqL4su6NT2bOzmC" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

At the top of the “Customize Routing” interface, you may choose which liquidity source the route shall use while routing your trade. To bring up this interface, you can:

* Click “Customize Routing” at the bottom of the trading route displays.
* Click the cog icon in the swap interface, and then click “Customize Routing” at the bottom.

By default, all of the liquidity sources are enabled and Smart Router will take full advantage of all the available liquidities within FusionX.

Please note that the router will NOT route trades between AMM liquidity pools and MM market makers. When your trade is executed by MM market makers, it will not go through any AMM liquidity pools.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/QGUdQ7s2GIIEAew0dKWY" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

You can click the “Reset” button on the top right-hand corner to reset the configurations to default.

### **Customize routing preferences**

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/biHfLPPn7tEKvMcETbFa" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

At the bottom of the “Customize Routing” interface, you can customize your routing preferences by enabling or disabling multihops and split routing.

Multihops allow tokens to swap through multiple hops between serval liquidity pools to achieve the best deal. Turning it off will restrict trades to direct swaps, which may cause higher slippage or even fund loss.

Split routing enables token swaps to be broken into multiple routes to achieve the best deal. Turning it off will restrict trades from being executed with a single route, which may result in low efficiency or higher slippage.

{% hint style="info" %}
When your trade can not be executed due to a customized trading configuration, a warning will appear, you can click “Check your settings” to quickly bring up the“Customize Routing” interface. Or choose “Reset to default” to quickly reset your configurations back to default.
{% endhint %}

# FAQ

## Swap

### What’s new in Exchange V3?

* Concentrated liquidity - liquidity will be concentrated on the most actively traded price range, which means:
  * Lower trading slippage for traders
  * Potentially more LP fee rewards for liquidity providers
* A flexible trading fee structure - Liquidity providers can choose between multiple trading fee tiers when creating liquidity pairs or providing liquidity
* Customisable price range - Liquidity providers can also choose what price ranges they want to provide liquidity to

### Can I add my own tokens to Exchange V3?

Everyone can create liquidity pools by depositing liquidity on V3.

However, the following tokens are currently **NOT** supported:

* Fee-on-transfer tokens
* Rebase tokens

For these token, please do **NOT** add liquidity on Exchange V3. Your assets may stuck in the liquidity position.

### **How come my transaction won't go through?**

FusionX is a DeFi application such that it interacts with the wallet to complete on-chain transactions for swapping, creating LPs, staking in farms and pools, etc.

**Gas Fees**

As such, the first thing is to **make sure you have enough FSX to pay for the gas fee** of the on-chain transactions. Typically, gas fee fluctuates depending on the number of transactions in the queue, if there are more transactions, a higher gas fee may be required to push through the transaction. On Mantle Network, the gas fee typically ranges from cents to a dollar USD in FSX.

**Transaction Fees**

If your swapping action still doesn't go through and it is displaying an error for you to revise the slippage -- you may want to check if the tokens you are trying to swap has **any fees and restrictions on transactions**.

It is not uncommon for tokens on Mantle Chain to include a **transaction fee** in their contracts, usually these fees could be used for burning, funding a treasury of a fair launch project -- for example, this APX token has an 1% tax on every transaction for sending to a burn address, such that more transactions would mean more burning, accruing value to APX token holders.

With the transaction fee, whether it is inclusive (a portion of the swap amount is sent elsewhere than your address so the output is less than expected for the estimated input) or exclusive (requiring an additional transfer from your address to send extra tokens so the input is more than expected for the estimated output), it affects the input and output amount that you agree for signing the transaction. In many cases, the transaction cannot meet the input and output requirements because of the tax.

**Swapping with Transaction Fees**

In some extreme cases including some scams, some tokens even have a block on most or all transfers on chain, or only allowing certain addresses to sell, in such case it is impossible to swap the token successfully. Do learn about the token you are trying to swap and be aware of any fees and restrictions!

In some extreme cases including some scams, some tokens even have a block on most or all transfers on chain, or only allowing certain addresses to sell, in such case it is impossible to swap the token successfully. Do learn about the token you are trying to swap and be aware of any fees and restrictions!

### Does the new Swap interface use v2 or stable swap liquidity?

Yes. The new Swap v3 uses liquidity from FusionX v3, v2 to get the best trading route.

### What is split routing?

In Swap v3, your trade might be broken into multiple routes to execute your trade with the best rate.

To view more detail of how your trade is routed, tap the “v” button on the “Route” section to expand and view the details.

Learn more in [here](https://github.com/FusionX-Finance/docs/blob/main/products/exchange/broken-reference/README.md).

### How to customise or disable certain liquidity sources?

The new Swap v3 uses liquidity from FusionX v3, v2 and stable swap to get the best trading route. However, you can customize or disable certain liquidity sources if you do not want your trade to route through them.

When viewing a trading route, click the “Customize Routing” button. Or click the cog ⚙️ button on the top right hand corner of the Swap interface and choose “Customize Routing”.

Within the “Customize Routing” pop up, you are able to choose which liquidity source you want to utilise. Or disable multihops completely.

Note: disabling multihops could lead to increased slippage or worse trading rate on specific trading pairs. Proceed with caution.

Learn more in [here](/products/exchange/fees-and-routes).

## Liquidity

### What are fee tiers and how to pick the correct one?

In Exchange v3, when you are providing liquidity, you can choose between several different trading fees (0.01%, 0.05%, 0.25%, and 1%) for the same token pair.

For example, for FSX, there might be a 0.25% pair, which means a 0.25% trading fee is in place for every trade. However, some liquidity providers might choose to provide liquidity to a FSX trading pair with a 0.05% fee rate, offers a better quote and attract more trading volume.

There is no “correct” answer for which trading fee configuration to choose. It depends on the tokens within the trading pair. Usually, volatile tokens should have a higher trading fee to better compensate for the impermanent loss brought by the volatility. On the other hand, tokens like stable coins have smaller price movements and lower impermanent losses, therefore their trading fee should be lower.

When selecting a token pair, the “Add Liquidity” interface will automatically choose the most popular fee tier for you.

### Why two of my deposit tokens are not equal in USD value?

In Exchange V3, underlying assets in a liquidity position will not always have an equal value in USD. It will depend on the price range settings of a position and the current price of the pair.

In fact. If your position goes out of range, all tokens will be converted to one single asset. Plus, you can provide liquidity to a price range that does not cover the current price and deposit one single asset only. Continue reading to learn more ⬇️

### What happens if my liquidity position goes out of range?

You will not earn any trading fee rewards if the current price goes out of the price range defined in your position.

On top of that, all tokens will be converted to one single asset depending on the direction of the price condition.

Please not that if the price moves back in the range, you will start receiving trading fee rewards again. No additional actions are required.

### Is it better to always provide liquidity with a smaller range?

Providing liquidity to a smaller price range will help concentrate your liquidity to a spesific price range, boosting your relative shares again the total liquidity within the price range, potentially earning more trading fee rewards.

However, please bear in mind that only active liquidity positions will earn trading fee rewards from trades. This means you will only earn rewards when the current trading price is within the price range defined in the liquidity position.

### Are there any ways to automatically adjust my position so it is always in range and earning fee rewards?

Automatic position managing feature is coming soon to FusionX v3 with one-click liquidity depositing (Zap!). Stay tuned for more detail.

### Are LP fee rewards automatically compounded like Exchange v2?

No.

In Exchange v3 you will need to claim trading fee rewards manually. You may do that on the position detail page. You may find all your v3 liquidity positions on the liquidity page.

### What affects LP APR?

In Exchange v3, LP fee reward APR could vary between liquidity positions. It is based on the following factors:

* Trading volume\
  \- more volume generates more fee rewards
* Liquidity pair fee tier\
  \- higher fee tier generates more fee rewards from individual trades
* The number of tokens deposited\
  \- more token in the position translates to a larger relative share against the total active liquidity, which gets more trading fee rewards from trades
* The selected price range\
  \- smaller price range allows a higher concentration for the same amount of token deposited, which translates to a larger relative share against the total active liquidity, and gets more trading fee rewards from trades
* The amount of liquidity currently active\
  \- if there are more users who deposit and concentrate their liquidity with the same range as you, you will earn less trading fee due to a smaller relative share against the total
* Whether the liquidity position is active\
  \- only active liquidity positions will earn trading fee rewards

### Can I provide v2 liquidity?

Providing v2 liquidity is no longer advisable. We recommend using v3 liquidity to take advantage of the new features to improve efficiency.

If you want to proceed with adding v2 liquidity:

* If the token pair does not have a v3 pool, or it has more liquidity in v2 than the largest pool in v3. A “Add V2 Liquidity” will appear. Simply click to switch to adding v2 liquidity
* Alternatively, use `/v2` in the URL to always use v2 liquidity provisioning

### Why can’t I add liquidity to a pair I just created?

Due to a bug from the legacy Exchange V2 (present in every UniSwap V2 forks), you will not be able to add liquidity to a pair using the normal FusionX liquidity UI and its contract calls if a pair is:

* Created by calling `createPair` on FactoryV2 without depositing initial liquidity and minting the initial LP tokens
* Then, one of the tokens in the pair has been manually transferred into the pool contract while calling `sync`

{% hint style="info" %}
Recently, an increase amount of such attacks were spotted on FusionX Exchange V2 on Mantle.

We strongly recommend using our UI to create the trading pair for your token by adding the initial liquidity with the pair creation.
{% endhint %}

# Smart Router(V2)

FusionX Smart Router is a routing algorithm that links the Mantle , and the AMM and market makers (Mantle), to provide better liquidity and pricing. It uses a smart order routing algorithm that executes trades across multiple pools to find the best price for traders.&#x20;

## Why should I use the Smart Router for my AMM swaps?&#x20;

* Swap pairs with similar asset prices more efficiently with the same trade steps.
* Swap against market makers, who may provide better execution on trades than the normal FusionX AMM.

## Still Cooking

* Better UI on output.
* Split routes for more efficient trades. Eg. Router sends 50% of the pair to a different route to save fees depending on the trade size and liquidity.&#x20;

# How to trade using Smart Router

## Trading on the Smart Router

Smart Router is disabled by default on the swap page. It is similar to using the existing FusionX AMM.

Before starting, it requires a **MANTLE-compatible wallet and MNT for gas fees.** Please check our [wallet guide](https://metamask.io/) for more details.

1. Go to the swap page [here.](https://fusionx.finance/swap)
2. Choose the token pairs you would like to trade. At launch, only exact input is accepted for Smart Router due to slippage concerns.&#x20;
3. Enter the value of the tokens you wish to trade.&#x20;

# Zap

Adding liquidity in one click with Zap

### ℹ️ What is Zap?

Zap is a feature that allows you to add liquidity with ease. With Zap, you can provide V3 liquidity with only one of the tokens from the liquidity pool. Simply set the price range, choose the amount to provide, and execute. Your tokens will be automatically balanced to form the liquidity position while being traded in the most efficient way, with the lowest price impact and slippage.

### 🚀 **Coming Soon**

Stay tuned for the full release of Zap feature on FusionX!

# Yield Farming

Yield Farms enable users to earn FSX rewards while supporting FusionX by staking LP Tokens.

To get started, check out our [How to Use Farms guide](https://docs.fusionx.finance/products/yield-farming/how-to-use-farms).

{% hint style="warning" %}
Yield farming offers the potential for higher rewards but carries a risk of **Impermanent Loss**. This concept isn’t as intimidating as it sounds, but understanding it is crucial before diving in.

Explore this [article about Impermanent Loss](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/impermanent-loss-explained) from Binance Academy to learn more.
{% endhint %}

## Reward Calculations

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Yield Farms combines:

* **LP rewards APR**, earned by providing liquidity.
* **Farm base rewards APR**, earned by staking LP Tokens in the Farm.

Why both? When you stake your LP tokens in a farm to earn FSX, you are still contributing liquidity to the pool, which means you continue to receive LP rewards alongside your farm rewards.

### Calculating Farm Base Reward APR

The **Farm Base APR** is calculated based on the farm multiplier and the total liquidity in the farm. This determines the amount of FSX distributed to the farm.

# How to Use Farms

Yield Farming on FusionX is easy!

Yield farming on FusionX is a straightforward way to earn FSX rewards. By providing liquidity to a specific trading pair, you can earn rewards while keeping your position in other tokens. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started.

Farms allow you to stake **two tokens** to provide liquidity, creating either an LP token or an NFT representing your liquidity position. You’ll then stake this in the Farm to start earning FSX rewards.

## Getting Started with Yield Farming

{% hint style="warning" %}
Yield farming can give better rewards, but it comes with a risk of **Impermanent Loss**. It’s not as scary as it sounds, but it is worth learning about the concept before you get started.

Check out this great [article about Impermanent Loss ](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/impermanent-loss-explained)from Binance Academy to learn more.

## Farm V3 Guide

### **Get prepared**

![Staked LP](/files/uysgVEV67jWebQOACFJO)

You’re going to need a liquidity position to enter into a Farm with. Farms can only accept liquidity positions from their own exact trading pair with the exact fee tier of choice; for example, the WMNT-USDT 0.05% Farm will only accept WMNT-USDT liquidity positions with the 0.05% fee tier selected. It will not accept:

* Other pairs, like FSX-USDC
* Same pair but with other fee tiers: like WMNT-USDT with a 0.25% fee rate

To create the exact LP position, you'll need to provide liquidity for that trading pair with the correct fee rate selected. So to get WMNT-USDT 0.05% LP positions, you'll first have to provide liquidity for the WMNT-USDT pair with the 0.05% fee tier selected.

It may sound intimidating, but it's not too complicated. Let's go through it step by step.

### **Locate your Farm**

![Select Farm](/files/mvzkkUJnlaVSbOtBJs9N)

Before you proceed, you'll want to choose a Farm that's right for you. [Visit the Farms page](https://fusionx.finance/lbp) to see a list of available Farms.

You can choose another sorting option, such as by APR, for the Farms with the highest reward rate currently. Please note that the APRs are calculated globally for individual positions; it may vary depending on their price range settings.

When you find a Farm you'd like to use, note down the trading pair and its fee rate, e.g. WMNT-USDT and 0.05%, in case you need them later.

### **Provide liquidity to create a position**

Now that you've found a Farm to stake in, you will need to provide liquidity:

1 - If you don’t have any position available, you will see a “Add Liquidity” button, simply click it to open up the “Add Liquidity” window without leaving the Farm page.

![Add Liquidity](/files/cImErw2VffrkdeCeeSDi)

2 - Alternatively, you can click on the row of the Farm you've chosen from the list. It will open to show more details. Or with card view, click “Details” to expand for more details. Click the “Add XXX-YYY LP” link within the detail section to add liquidity.

![Farm Details](/files/Dv2QQFmrE2UD9zJDtZ4R)

### **Stake your positions into a farm**

![Ready to Stake](/files/tgzmiRlNmgB117l8qVDe)

After finishing adding liquidity. You should see your position listed under the farm you want to use.

If you have multiple positions, you may click “View All” to view them in a new pop-up window.

![](/files/EG2tZZ9rIQy4RLxGNAvY) ![](/files/OCXu3xowVCVh25FOPWM1)

Click “Stake” on the position listed, and your wallet will ask for confirmation.

![Unstake](/files/f0s6gDo7Eryu2gtYS09S)

After a short wait, the window will close, and you will see your staked position in the details.

You can repeat the above steps to quickly stake multiple positions with different price range configurations. Each position will earn FSX and need to be harvested separately.

### **Harvest farming rewards**

In Farm V3, you can stake multiple positions on the same farm. Each staked position will earn FSX and need to be harvested separately.

![Staked Only](/files/C87PhiSxJiLuas8okewq)

To harvest FSX rewards from a staked position, simply return to the Farm page, and locate the farm and position you want to harvest. You can use the “Staked Only” toggle to quickly filter the farms you are currently staking.

If you have multiple staked positions, you may click “View All” to view them in a new pop-up window.

![Harvest](/files/C1VLfrcT4Ip4pNgNYmmu)

Click “Harvest” on the position, and your wallet will ask for confirmation. After a short wait, the FSX rewards will be sent to your wallet.

### **Add or remove liquidity while staking in a farm**

When staking in a farm, you can still add or remove liquidity without unstaking from the farm.

![Staked Only](/files/C87PhiSxJiLuas8okewq)

To do so, simply return to the Farm page, and locate the farm and position you want to adjust. You can use the “Staked Only” toggle to quickly filter the farms you are currently staking.

![View Position](/files/mfD9hjTNdN1QvcP2iDUG)

Click on the position title with the token pair, fee rate, position ID and the “>” arrow. You will be taken to the position detail page.

Simply use the “Add” or “Remove” button to adjust the liquidity in the staked position.

Please note that all the unclaimed FSX rewards will be harvested and sent to your wallet while adjusting your position.

### **Unstake your positions from a farm**

You can unstake a position at any time.

To unstake, simply return to the Farm page, and locate the farm and position you want to unstake. You can use the “Staked Only” toggle to quickly filter the farms you are currently staking.

If you have multiple staked positions, you may click “View All” to view them in a new pop-up window.

Click “Unstake” on the position, and your wallet will ask for confirmation. After a short wait, your position NFT will be returned to your wallet, along with all the pending FSX rewards.

## Farm V2

### Get prepped

Yield farming takes a little work to get set up.

You’re going to need some "LP Tokens" to enter into a Farm with. Farms can only accept their own exact LP Token; for example, the WMNT-USDT Farm will only accept WMNT-USDT LP Tokens.

To get the exact LP Token, you'll need to provide liquidity for that trading pair. So to get WMNT-USDT LP Tokens, you'll first have to provide liquidity for the WMNT-USDT pair.

It may sound intimidating, but it's not too complicated. Let's go through step by step.

### Finding your Farm

Before you proceed, you'll want to choose a Farm that's right for you. [Visit the Farms page](https://fusionx.finance/lbp) and you’ll see a list of available Farms.

![Choose Right Farm](/files/rmV9iX7Q8cLcbFVqbSAl)

You can choose another sorting option if you like, such as by **APR** for the Farms with the highest reward rate currently.

When you find a Farm that you'd like to use, note down the trading pair, e.g. WMNT-USDT in case you need it later.

### Providing liquidity to get LP Tokens

Now that you've found a Farm to stake in, you will need to add liquidity to get your LP Tokens.

1. Click on the row of the Farm you've chosen from the list. It will open to show more details.
2. On the left, you'll see some links. Click the **Get (your pair) LP** link.

![Get LP](/files/xA5hLN1NnAgb6gtj5UQ9)

### Putting your LP Tokens into a farm

Now that you have your LP Tokens, you’re ready to start staking them in a Farm and earning rewards!

1 - Go back to the [Farms page](https://fusionx.finance/lbp) and locate your Farm. Click anywhere on the row showing your pair. It will expand to show more details.

When you’re ready, click the **Enable** button and confirm your action in your wallet.

2 - After a short wait, the Enable button will change to **Stake LP**. Click it and a new window will appear.

3 - Type the amount of LP Tokens you would like to farm with into the field, or just click **Max** to use all of your LP Tokens.

4 - When you have the amount entered, the **Confirm** button will light up. Click it. Your wallet will ask you to confirm your action.

5 - After a short wait, the window will close, and you will see your new staked LP Token balance in the details.

### Adding or removing LP Tokens from a Farm

You may decide you would like to add more LP Tokens to a Farm at a later date, or to take some out of a Farm. You can do this very easily whenever you'd like.

1. Return to the [Yield Farms page](https://fusionx.finance/lbp). At the top of the page you'll see a **Staked only** toggle. Click the toggle.

![Staked Only](/files/C87PhiSxJiLuas8okewq)

You should now only see the pairs you have LP Tokens in on the list, making it easier to find your Farm.

1. Find the Farm you have LP Tokens in, and click the row to view details. You will see a **-** and **+** button on the right-hand side. Click **-** to remove LP Tokens, or **+** to add more LP Tokens.
2. A window will open that looks like the one you used earlier to first stake your LP Tokens. Like last time, type the amount you would like to unstake/stake, or click **Max** to remove/add all available LP Tokens.
3. Make sure your information is correct. When you are ready, click the **Confirm** button and confirm the action in your wallet.
4. After a short wait, your new balance will show in the details section of your LP Token pair. If you've unstaked your LP Tokens, any unharvested rewards you had will automatically have been collected.

### Collecting your farming rewards

Farming will bring you FSX rewards over time. You can collect these rewards and use them to get more LP Tokens, or anything else you’d like.

### Returning to your Farm to Harvest

You can harvest your Farm rewards together from the Home page. If you'd like to collect your farming rewards only, follow along.

To collect your rewards, you’ll need to visit your chosen Farm and collect the FSX waiting for you.

1 - Return to the Farms page [here](https://fusionx.finance/lbp).

2 - Find the Farm you staked your LP Tokens in, and click the row to view details. You should see an estimate of your rewards under “FSX earned”.

![Harvest](/files/C1VLfrcT4Ip4pNgNYmmu)

3 - Click the **Harvest** button and confirm the action in your wallet. After a short wait, the FSX will be claimed to your wallet for you to use as you like.

## How often should I harvest my rewards?

How often you harvest your rewards is up to you, but it does help to remember that there is a small fee involved in harvesting.

You can see this fee in your wallet when confirming after clicking **Harvest**. Consider leaving your rewards to grow for a while so you pay fees less often.

Happy farming!

# APR/ROI/IL Calculator

In V3 Liquidity and Farms, with the new non-fungible liquidity and customizable price range ability. Each LP position will have its own LP fee and FSX farming APR.

To make liquidity provisioning smoother and less challenging, the new automatic APR displays with a brand new ROI calculator are available to use whenever you are providing liquidity or farming.

## Automatic APR calculation and displays

<figure><img src="/files/sVnt3I5k8RyKDqSKjYSq" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When you are providing liquidity, the automatic APR display reacts to your configuration changes and calculates the APR based on your settings.

For example, in most cases, if you tighten your price range settings, the APR goes up.

Please note for LP fee APRs:

* The estimated amount of LP fee rewards vary based on the selected fee tier, fee rewards require manual claiming and compounding.
* APR figures are calculated using historical trading volume, which is dependent on Subgraph and may be subject to indexing delays.

For farming APRs:

* The estimated amount of FSX rewards is based on the live FSX emissions to the farms. They are subject to change based on future emission adjustments.

{% hint style="info" %}
Numbers are calculated at the current rates and pool conditions and are subject to change based on various external variables. They are estimations provided for your convenience only, and by no means represent guaranteed returns.
{% endhint %}

You may find this APR display under:

* “Add Liquidity” page - showing LP fee APR
* Detail page of each of the existing liquidity position - showing LP fee APR\
  ![](/files/Eq2a2QAyxFtMDJZWWsWp)
* Farm page, within the position under each farm - showing combined APR with LP fee and FSX rewards\
  ![](/files/5HHyZpb1EeaWbyewE8mT)

## Improved ROI calculator

<figure><img src="/files/pfgJsabc82zQf7k19sNE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Whenever you see the automatic APR displays, you can click and bring up the new ROI calculator. The new ROI calculator has been redesigned with serval added features to fit the needs for V3 concentrated liquidity providing and farming.

Let’s go through each of the sections together:

### Deposit Amount, “Staked For” and “Compounding Every” <a href="#a398a29b-a1af-4ec3-9cc6-9e07e620c134" id="a398a29b-a1af-4ec3-9cc6-9e07e620c134"></a>

These three are the basic inputs, which are also presented in the previous ROI calculator. They are there to define:

1. How many assets are provided to the liquidity position, in USD.
2. For how long those assets will be staked in the position.
3. How often you will be compounding rewards back to the position.

⓵ **Deposit Amount**

You may manually input the amount in USD, or use the quick action buttons to quickly fill in $100, $1000 or the maximum amount allowed based on the token balance in your wallet.

⓶ **Stake Duration**

You can select how long the assets are staked in the liquidity position by choosing between: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, and 5 years.

The number of return will be calculated based on your staking duration.

⓷ **Compounding**

You can select how often you will be harvesting the rewards generated by the position, and compounding them back to the position. You may choose a number between: 12 hours, 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days.

The number of returns and APY will be calculated based on your choice. If you have no plan to compound your position, uncheck the checkbox on the left.

{% hint style="info" %}
In V3, LP fees and earned FSX has to be manually harvested and compounded.
{% endhint %}

### ⓸ History Price

This is a view-only section to reference the historical price movement of the selected pair.

You may reference the historical price movements in different timeframes, such as how much the price usually fluctuates and then come up with a suitable price range settings to balance between higher APR and lower risk of impermanent loss

* MIN - minimum price
* MAX - maximum price
* AVG - average price
* CURRENT - current price

{% hint style="info" %}
The price chart is only using data from the actual V3 pair. Therefore price data before V3 deployment is not available. The four price metrics represent the currently selected timeframe and will change based on the selection.
{% endhint %}

### ⓹ Price Range

Using this section, you may check how much liquidity has been deposited to different price ranges, and come up with and set the price range you are providing liquidity to.

You may find the distribution chart below the title. The larger the amount of liquidity, the higher the chart will be.

You can change your price range settings by:

* Dragging the two handles on the chart to increase or describes the minimum and maximum price limit.
* Using the space between two handles to shift the selected range.
* Clicking the + and - button on the min and max price fields.
* Clicking the numbers in the price fields and entering them manually.

If you want to navigate the distribution chart:

1. Use the plus and minus magnifier buttons to zoom in and out
2. Drag the X (bottom) axis to shift left and right

If you want to provide liquidity to the entire price range, click “Full Range”

### ⓺ Flip the price direction to view prices with different base

For some token pairs, it is easier and more intuitive to view prices with certain base tokens. For example, for MNT/USDT pair, most people will prefer to view prices in “how many USDT per MNT” instead of the other way around.

You can easily flip the price displays. Simply click the button following the “View prices in:” to switch the base between two tokens in the pair.

### ⓻ Import and export (apply) your settings <a href="#d18cf936-315e-4432-a3a5-f65976651073" id="d18cf936-315e-4432-a3a5-f65976651073"></a>

When you open the ROI calculator in the “Add Liquidity” window, or by viewing an existing position, the following settings will be automatically imported so you don’t need to set them again:

1. The amount of assets you are depositing
2. The price range
3. The selected fee tier

When you finish configuring in the ROI calculator, you can click “Apply Settings” to quickly apply the settings from the calculator back to the “Add Liquidity” window so you don’t need to match them manually.

### ⓼ Calculate farming rewards and APR

Farming rewards will be included in the calculations if you bring up the ROI calculator under the “Farm” page.

You can expand the detail sections to see the rewards breakdown.

# FAQ

## Why are there multiple APRs?

In V3, you can concentrate your assets while providing liquidity to boost your share against the total available liquidity, earning a higher % of rewards.

Therefore, depending on the position price-range settings, each liquidity position will have its own LP fee APR and its own farming APR.

The global APR is calculated with the total amount of FSX rewards in USD, divided by the total amount of assets, with in the active positions, which are currently staked in the farm. So, global farming APR is only a generic reference, and will not represent individual APRs for each positions.

To view your farming APR, check out your positions listed under each farm.

## What happens if my liquidity position goes out of range while staking in the Farm?

In V3, only active (in-range) liquidity positions will earn FSX from farms.

The position will stop receiving FSX rewards when the price goes out of the range.

If the price moves back in range, the position will start receiving FSX rewards again. No additional actions are required from stakers.

## Are there any ways to automatically adjust my position so it is always in range and earning fee rewards?

Automatic position managing feature is coming soon to FusionX v3 with one-click liquidity depositing (Zap!) and farming. Stay tuned for more detail.

## Is it better to always farm with a liquidity position with a smaller range?

Providing liquidity to a smaller price range will help concentrate your liquidity, boosting your relative shares again the total liquidity within the price range, potentially earning more FSX rewards.

However, please bear in mind that only active liquidity positions will earn FSX rewards. This means you will only earn rewards when the current trading price is within the price range defined in the liquidity position.

If you need to adjust your position price range, you will need to unstake, remove liquidity and create a new position with the updated price range. Please bear in mind that frequent adjustments are not always the most optimal strategy as it realises the impermanent loss and costs a certain amount of gas to complete multiple transactions.

## How many positions I can stake in one single farm?

There is no maximum limit of positions you can stake in one farm.

But please bear in mind that you will need to spend gas to manually harvest from each one of the positions. Please always factor gas cost in the yield operations.

## How often should I harvest my rewards?

How often you harvest your rewards is up to you, but it does help to remember that there is a small fee involved in harvesting. You can see this fee in your wallet when confirming after clicking “Harvest”**.**

This shows the fee for harvesting as it appears in the MetaMask wallet. Different wallets will show the information a little differently. Consider leaving your rewards to grow for a while so you pay fees less often.

## What if I want to adjust my position while staking in the farm?

While staking in the farm, you are able to add or remove liquidity without unstaking it. Simply locate the liquidity position you want to adjust, and click its title/id, and you should be presented with the position detail page where you can use the “Add” and “Remove” buttons.

If you want to adjust the price range configurations of a liquidity position, you will need to unstake it from the farm, remove all liquidity and re-create a new position by adding liquidity.

## What affects Farming APR?

In Farm v3, FSX reward APR could vary between liquidity positions. It is based on the following factors:

* FSX emission rate to Farms\
  \- more FSX will generate a higher yield for all the farms. Read more on [our tokenomics page](https://docs.fusionx.finance/tokenomics/fsx/fsx-tokenomics)
* Farm multiplier\
  \- farms with a higher multiplier will get more FSX proportionate to all the farms. Please note that v3 and v2 + stable swap farms are using two separate sets of multipliers.
* The number of tokens deposited in the position\
  \- more token in the position translates to a larger relative share against the total active liquidity in the farm pool and gets more FSX rewards
* The selected price range\
  \- smaller price range allows a higher concentration for the same amount of token deposited, which translates to a larger relative share against the total active liquidity in the farm pool, and gets more FSX rewards
* The amount of liquidity currently active\
  \- if there are more users who deposit and concentrate their liquidity with the same range as you, you will earn FSX rewards due to a smaller relative share against the total
* Whether the liquidity position is active\
  \- only active liquidity positions will earn FSX rewards from farm

## Why am I seeing an "Update Positions" pop-up?

Soon after the V3 launch, Teams implemented an update on Farms to make reward calculations more accurate and reliable. If you are seeing this pop-up, that means some of your positions will require an update.

Simply click "Update All", and confirm in your wallet pop-up.

Please note that teams are also applying this update to the historical staking data between the launch of Farm V3 and when this update is implemented. If there are any extra FSX rewards, they will be airdropped to your wallet before 1st May 2023.

## Why a 2x farm in V3 has less APR than a 1x farm in V2?

First, when comparing APRs, you need to ensure the total staked liquidity between two farms is equal.

On top of that, we now have multiple groups of farms which have their own stream of FSX emissions. And each group of farms shares separated sets of multipliers.

An individual farm will receive FSX emissions based on:

* A = Total FSX per second/block for the farm group it belongs to
* B = Total number of multipliers within the group it belongs to
* C = The multiplier has

`FSX per block/second = C / B * A`

# veFSX

Stake FSX, Earn FSX, and much more!

{% hint style="info" %}
This feature is currently only available on **Mantle Sepolia Testnet**. We will announce the launch on **Mantle Mainnet** soon. Stay tuned! 🚀
{% endhint %}

veFSX stands for vote-escrowed FSX. veFSX tokens serve a crucial role in FusionX's governance, enabling you to actively participate in Gauges Voting system. This allows you to vote on broader governance proposals and influence the allocation of FSX emissions within liquidity pools.

Gauges Voting empowers veFSX holders to shape the distribution of FSX emissions across essential products like Farms on Mantle network at launch. By leveraging veFSX, users directly influence how FSX emissions are allocated within each pool, impacting specific liquidity pools and projects. The more veFSX a pool accumulates through Gauges Voting, the higher the FSX emissions allocated, leading to increased rewards for liquidity providers (LPs) during subsequent 14-day epochs.

Lock FSX for any durations from 1 week to 4 years to get veFSX. Your veFSX amount is based on the number of your locked FSX and the duration you locked them for.

# Gauges Voting

Use your veFSX to vote and decide how FSX emission is distributed

#### What is a gauge?

To understand gauges voting, you may think of any products that require FSX emissions as a series of gauges. This includes farms, FSX weekly reward pool, position manager vaults, etc.

veFSX holders can now use their veFSX as votes to decide how much % of FSX goes to which product. The more veFSX a gauge accumulates through Gauges Voting, the more FSX emissions will be allocated to the underlying liquidity pool / position manager vault.

{% hint style="info" %}
The votes in each epoch (E-0) determines the FSX emission for the next epoch (E+1), and these changes take effect only after the current epoch concludes.
{% endhint %}

#### Gauge Types

There are two types of gauges - ‘core’ and ‘non-core’. FSX emissions to the former are controlled by the Lab, while the community influences emissions to ‘non-core’ pools by voting with veFSX.

1. ‘Core’ gauges include pairs with major tokens and stablecoins (WMNT, FSX, METH, USDC, USDT, etc.) - the Lab will make sure these pairs receive sufficient FSX rewards as they contribute significantly to the protocol’s revenue
2. ‘Non-core’ gauges represent all other gauges not classified as ‘core’ gauges

## How to Vote?

### 1 - Understand the voting schedule

<figure><img src="/files/VzKmBgRE4rebGISOhGWE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Gauges weight voting is conducted every two weeks. The beginning of an epoch, just like revenue sharing, is at 00:00 UTC every even Thursdays.

In the above example:

* Epoch 1 is starting at 00:00 UTC, 1st, Thursday on Week 1.
* Epoch 1 is ending 2 weeks later, at 00:00 UTC, 15th, Thursday on Week 3.
* Users can vote during 00:00 UTC from 1st to 14th.
* **NO** votes can be cast during 00:00 UTC from 14th to 15th as votes are being adjusted and tallied.
* Voting results will be snapshotted at 00:00 UTC on the 15th. The end of Epoch 1.
* Voting results will be applied within 72 hrs after an epoch is closed.

### 2 - Become eligible

<figure><img src="/files/nnGkMNsfkAP2dHDRgrXb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Since veFSX is gradually decreasing according to the remaining lock time, voting results will be taken via a snapshot at the end of every epoch. This includes the number of total veFSX, and the veFSX each user has.

In the above example:

* Results for Epoch 1, will be based on the veFSX balances at 00:00 UTC, 15th.
* Users whose veFSX position is unlocking before or equal to 15th, will have 0 veFSX balance at the snapshot time. Therefore they have no voting power for Epoch 1.

Therefore, to become eligible, you must obtain an active veFSX position, which unlocks **LATER** than the end/snapshot time of the current epoch.

In the above example:

* If you want to vote in epoch 1, you must have a veFSX position which unlocks on the 21st or later than the 21st, or Thursday on week 3.

### 3 - Check the current voting results

Head to "FSX staking", scroll down and look for the "Gauges Voting" section, then click "Check Gauges".

<figure><img src="/files/OODqRLR2Xf3CL927sbuO" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

At the top-left section. You may find:

* Your veFSX.
* Snapshot time and voting end time for the current epoch.
* The total number of FSX rewards to be distributed in the next epoch is based on the voting results from the current epoch.
* The total amount of veFSX votes cast.

At the top-right, you may find a pie chart representing the % of each gauge received.

At the bottom, there is a complete list of every voting gauges. With the number of votes they received and the expected % weight, they are gaining in the current epoch. There is also a "boost" and "caps" field, detailing two important gauge characteristics. Continue reading for more details.

#### Gauge Boost and Emission Caps

To ensure FSX rewards go to the most productive gauges. Each gauge can be applied with a boost and/or an emission cap. Two of the characteristics can both exist at the same time.

Gauge Boost is a multiplier applied to the number of votes a gauge receives, ranging from 1x to 2.5x (gauges for V3 pools are capped at 2x). This is to encourage votes and liquidity for important trading pairs.

Emission cap is a maximum cap on the % weight a gauge can receive, ranging from 2% to 20%. This is to promote fairness in allocation and prevent abuse of the gauge system.

For example:

* A gauge has 10 votes, 2x boost and 15% cap. The total vote is 100.
* After applying the boost, this gauge will have 20 votes, 20% weight against the total (100).
* However, since it has a 15% cap, the final % of FSX rewards this gauge receives in the next epoch will be adjusted to 15%.

#### How are Gauge Boost and Emission Caps determined?

During the process of a gauge application, we ask applicants to propose the value of the boost multiplier and emissions cap % they wish to assign to the gauge. These have to be voted on by veFSX holders, along with the entire gauge application.

The default option for all gauges is 1.00x multiplier and 5% emission cap. They can be changed with future proposals.

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that the voting results are updated weekly. Numbers are calculated based on the veFSX balances at 00:00 UTC, the coming Thursday.
{% endhint %}

### 4 - Add gauges to vote

<figure><img src="/files/L0SNKWozJy5egEOI1j4C" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To vote on a gauge, scroll down and look for "My Votes" section. Click "Add Gauge".

In the pop-up window, you may add gauges to your list of votes by clicking the blue "+" icon. You may find the current voting results in the list, along with boost and caps.

To quickly locate a gauge, you can use filtering to filter gauges by blockchains, fee tiers and liquidity types. Or type in the token ticker into the search field.

### 5 - Select how much % veFSX to vote on each gauges

<figure><img src="https://github.com/FusionX-Finance/docs/blob/main/.gitbook/assets/image%20(16).png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once you have added the gauges, you may select how much % of your veFSX goes to each of the gauges.

This is because:

* veFSX gradually decreases with the remaining lock time. It is impractical to estimate and calculate how many exact veFSX to vote.
* It is troublesome to re-vote in every upcoming epoch. Therefore, gauges voting is designed to carry your voting decisions throughout all the upcoming epoch until you cast a new one.

In the above example:

* At the moment, I have 2.62 veFSX.
* I decided to allocate 80% to FSX-MNT, which is 2.10 veFSX at the moment.
* 20% to USDC-MNT, which is 0.52 veFSX, again, at the moment.
* My total veFSX will gradually decrease along with the remaining lock time. At the snapshot time, I may have less veFSX, but my decision of 80% - 20% split will still be applied to the final results.
* On top of that, this 80% - 20% decision will be applied to every coming epoch until I update it by casting a new vote request. Or until my veFSX goes to 0 due to unlocking.

Once you have confirmed your decision, click "Submit vote" and confirm in your wallet.

### 6 - Update your votes

<figure><img src="https://github.com/FusionX-Finance/docs/blob/main/.gitbook/assets/image%20(17).png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once your vote is submitted, you may see your votes being updated to "Current Votes". And the remaining veFSX gets updated.

Please note that the voting decision for each gauge can only be updated every 10 days. Once you submit a vote request, all voted gauges will be applied a 10-day cooldown period before you can submit another request for updates.

To update your vote decision, change the % percentage and submit again.

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that after gaining more veFSX by adding FSX or extending lock time. You need to manually update every gauges by re-submitting the vote request.

The 10 days cooldown period still applies regardless if you changed your % decisions.
{% endhint %}

# FAQ

### I have an active position, why I can not vote? <a href="#cae64522-4729-43a2-8fa8-6bbd2567dcea" id="cae64522-4729-43a2-8fa8-6bbd2567dcea"></a>

Please ensure your unlock time is equal to or later than 1 week after the snapshot time of the current epoch.

If your position is unlocking at the snapshot time, it means you have 0 veFSX at the snapshot time. Therefore you are not able to vote.

### Can vote right after I set up a veFSX position?

Yes.

Once your position is set up, you can use your fsx to vote right away.

However:

* No votes can be cast within the last 24 hours of an epoch.
* You can not update your voting decision on a specific gauge more frequently than 10 days.
* Please ensure your position is not unlocking earlier than or at the snapshot time.

### Can I gain more veFSX or votes?

Yes, simply add more FSX or extend your lock position.

Please note that after gaining more veFSX by adding FSX or extending lock time. You need to manually update every gauges by re-submitting the vote request.

### Why did the voting results change after the tallying period?

During tallying period, the FusionX Lab will cast its votes based on various metrics from all the gauges.

The goal is to:

* Ensuring core liquidity pools are provided a competitive return on their LP positions
* Ensuring that any of the smaller farms which did not receive any votes after the launch of veFSX will receive at least some allocation in the initial rollout, capped at their current emission levels.

### Why my vote numbers are decreasing?

Because when we vote on gauges, we vote using our veFSX. And veFSX balance gradually decreases with the remaining lock time.

Your votes will decrease all the way to 0 upon your veFSX position unlocking.

To gain more votes, acquire more veFSX by adding more FSX to the lock, or extending the lock.

### After getting more veFSX, why can't I vote for more gauges?

When voting on gauges, we cast our votes by defining how much % of our veFSX goes to each gauge.

Therefore, even though you gained more veFSX. If you have allocated 100% of your veFSX in the previous 10 days, you can not change the decision until the end of the 10-day cooldown period.

### Voting results are tallied, why emission rate is not changing?

It takes roughly 72 hours to apply the voting results to various emission products on FusionX. We will continue to automate this process to shorten the gap as well as improve accuracy.

### Why did the gauge I voted for not receive any FSX emissions in the next epoch?

Whitelisted gauges need to receive votes that correspond to minimally 1 FSX per day in emissions, before they can receive any FSX.

# Earn FSX Weekly

Holding veFSX automatically enrols you to the weekly FSX reward pool, distributing rewards from weekly revenue shares.

## How to participate?

### 1 - Become eligible

<figure><img src="/files/O2ycIyLwdKvyrdJrH2Du" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click on the "Check Rewards" button to check your eligibility.

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that you must have an active veFSX staking position to become eligible.
{% endhint %}

Additionally, to accumulate rewards in the next period, your position **MUST** unlock equal to or later than the second coming weekly distribution (every week at 00:00 UTC on Thursday).

For example, to join the week 1 distribution. You must:

* Join before 00:00 UTC, Thursday on week 1
* Have an active fixed-term FSX staking position, which unlocks equal to or later than 00:00 UTC, Thursday on week 3

### 2 - Check your rewards

<figure><img src="/files/ontscisr7BpFNqVmiebJ" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Go to the FSX staking page, scroll down, look for the "Earn FSX" section under "Benefits of veFSX".

In the top section, you may view your veFSX number.

At the bottom, you may find:

* **Your shares** - shares number in the reward pool. This is equal to your veFSX balance at the time of the next distribution. Please note that the veFSX balance is constantly decreasing based on the remaining lock time.
* **Next distribution** - the time till the next distribution
* **Last distribution** - the time of the last revenue distribution and share number update
* **Available for claiming** - the amount of FSX available for claiming

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that your shares will only be updated upon a weekly distribution. Therefore, your shares may appear to be 0 right after you update your staking position. Check back again after the next distribution to view your shares.
{% endhint %}

### 3 - Claim your rewards

Your shares will be updated upon the next weekly distribution after you start locking or migrated your position to veFSX. You will start accumulating rewards based on the number of shares you have against the whole pool.

<figure><img src="/files/X7yB5pG601SEEGz3ZBJy" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After a whole calendar week passes and the pool hits the next weekly distribution on Thursday. You may now claim the rewards from the last period by going back to the benefits panel and clicking the “Claim All” button.

### 4 - Stay eligible and gain more shares

Upon each weekly distribution, your shares are re-adjusted based on:

* Your veFSX balance
* At the time of the next distribution (00:00 UTC, Thursday)
* (note that veFSX is gradually decreasing with the remaining lock time)

For example: If a user has `50` FSX locked and the current remaining lock time is `4.2` weeks, then the user will have `50 * (4 / 209) ~= 0.95` veFSX/shares at the next distribution.

To receive more shares, lock more FSX or renew your lock durations to increase your remaining lock time.

Additionally, since the remaining lock duration will be rounded down to weeks, to keep receiving shares, you must ensure your staking position will unlock equal to or later than the second next distribution.

For example, to join the week 1 distribution. You must:

* Join before 00:00 UTC, Thursday on week 1
* Have an active fixed-term FSX staking position, which unlocks equal to or later than 00:00 UTC, Thursday on week 3

# FAQ

### I’ve locked my FSX or migrated my FSX pool position. Why do I still have 0 shares?

Shares are updated upon each weekly distribution at 00:00 UTC every Thursday.

Rewards are accumulated whenever you have finished staking for a complete epoch.

Epochs are 7-day periods, starting every Thursday, UTC 00:00. For example, if you stake on Tuesday. Your first epoch will start on Thursday. Once you have finished staking till the next Thursday. You will be able to claim your rewards from this Thursday to next Thursday, aka epoch 1.

Check back again each Thursday for updated reward numbers.

### Why are my shares/rewards being 0 despite having an active staking position?

When calculating rewards. The remaining lock duration is rounded down to weeks. Therefore, to receive shares, you must ensure your staking position unlocks no earlier than the very next Thursday 00:00 UTC.

For example, week 1 starts at 00:00 UTC, Thursday, 1 Jan. To receive rewards for the week 1 distribution. You must:

* Join before 00:00 UTC, 1 Jan.
* Have an active veFSX staking position, which unlocks equal to or later than 00:00 UTC, 15 Jan. (Thursday on week 3)

Please note that if your staking position unlocks at 00:00 UTC, 8 Jan (Thursday on week 2). You will still receive 0 rewards for week 1 due to your veFSX balance turning at 00:00 UTC, 8 Jan.

### Can I join a distribution period mid-week?

No, as mentioned, rewards can only start to accumulate when you are already staking at the beginning of the epoch. Which is every week at 00:00 UTC, Thursday.

### How do I receive more rewards?

Since your shares in pools are calculated based on veFSX balance at the distribution time, which is at 00:00 UTC next coming Thursday. To receive more rewards, simply bump up your veFSX balance by:

* Locking more FSX in the veFSX staking position
* Renewing your staking position

Please note that after adding FSX or extending, your shares will only update after the beginning of the next epoch, which is 00:00 UTC, the coming Thursday.

### Why are the weekly injected rewards not 100% matching the volume displayed on various trackers (like the Info page)? Why are the weekly FSX pool rewards not 100% matching the gauges voting results.

The number of FSX rewards injected weekly may not be 100% matching with the numbers calculated from the volume displayed on various trackers. Multiple external factors may impact the number of FSX rewards that can be converted:

* FSX token price while the trading fee is being converted and processed
* Underlying asset prices while the trading fee is being converted and processed
* To save gas and operational cost. Revenues from blockchains other than Mantle Network are processed monthly. They will be injected with a one-month delay with weekly averaging.
* Some trading pairs may have insufficient liquidity while processing the trading fee.
* Some trading pairs may contain tokens with custom logic that prevent their fee from being processed.
* Transaction delays due to infrastructures and supportive system performance.

We are working hard to apply tools and practices to ensure more trading fees generated can be processed and converted into FSX.

# Bribes (Vote Incentives)

Bribe marketplaces are external projects that submit bribes to veFSX holders in exchange for votes.

In addition to earning FSX through our weekly [FSX reward pools](https://github.com/FusionX-Finance/docs/blob/main/products/vefsx/bribes-vote-incentives/earn-fsx-weekly/README.md), veFSX holders can also vote on gauges to claim bribes from external bribe marketplaces. These bribes are typically offered by external project teams on certain [veFSX Managers](https://github.com/FusionX-Finance/docs/blob/main/products/vefsx/bribes-vote-incentives/vefsx-managers.md).

This serves as an additional source of yield for veFSX holders, and also diversifies the type of tokens they receive as yield.

We currently provide incentives for veFSX holders to vote for gauges and claim bribes from: [Bribe Market](/products/vefsx/bribes-vote-incentives/how-it-works)

veFSX holders should visit these bribes regularly and vote for gauges that can help optimize their yield on veFSX.

# How it works?

*Cast Strategically, Reap Rewards*

> 🚀 Bribe Market 2.0 is in the works! Keep an eye out for exciting updates...

## 🧠 The Concept

Bribe Market is an innovative platform crafted to boost both individual and protocol engagement by offering incentives for strategic gauge voting. This mechanism steers reward inflation in veTokenomics protocols, playing a pivotal role in enhancing pool liquidity. Born from the strategies seen in the Curve Wars, this approach has been embraced by various veTokenomics systems.

## 🛠 Operational Framework

* Bribe Market operates via smart contracts, with dedicated contracts for each veToken protocol. It monitors the underlying gauge voting contract to track user votes in the current cycle. Reward distribution is based on the incentivizer's set vote value and the number of remaining cycles.
* The system runs in weekly cycles, concluding every Thursday at 00:00 UTC. Users can collect their rewards at cycle turnover, with amounts determined by voting activity and capped by the maximum per-vote reward.

> ⚠️ Note: Given the constraints of the underlying `voting` contracts, weekly reward claims are mandatory. This is a consequence of Bribe Market's fully on-chain nature.

## 💎 Prime Features

* **Blockchain-Based:** All incentive voting transactions are on-chain, fostering composability and automation.
* **Adaptable:** Reward providers can adjust their incentives, including modifying parameters for existing bounties after the initial week.
* **Incentive Control:** Providers can establish a maximum reward price for optimal voting.
* **Extended Planning:** Providers can pre-set multiple cycles, eliminating the need for weekly replenishments.
* **Exclusion Capability:** Providers can designate addresses ineligible for rewards, preventing self-monopolization of incentives.

## 💰 Economic Model

Each Bribe Market contract (protocol-specific) carries its own fee structure. Fees are deducted upon reward claims, with a portion allocated to Stake DAO.

These fees support Bribe Market's weekly operational costs and ongoing protocol maintenance.

## 📊 Process Overview

### Phase 1

Reward provider establishes a voting incentive on Bribe Market, specifying the **gauge**, **cycle count**, **reward asset**, **quantity**, and **exclusion list**.

### Phase 2

Participant submits a vote for the designated **gauge** for the upcoming cycle.

### Phase 3

*Post-cycle* Participant **claims** rewards via Bribe Market. Bribe Market consults the core voting contract and applies the fee to the claimed amount.

# FAQ

#### What’s the difference between locked FSX and veFSX?

veFSX is a new version of fixed-term FSX staking with more benefits and power for locked FSX holders. Including gauge weight voting, extra incentives, yield boosting, and more.

#### What happens to FSX pool rewards when the new veFSX is deployed

FSX pool reward emissions will be diverted to reward all veFSX holders according to their veFSX balance against the total supply.

FSX rewards and the weekly revenue-sharing rewards can now be claimed weekly on Thursday.

Please note that to continue receiving rewards, users will need to migrate to the new veFSX staking.

#### What is the maximum duration I can lock my FSX

The maximum duration you can lock your FSX has now been extended to 4 years.

#### Is veFSX a new token? Can it be transferred?

veFSX is a live-generated number based on the number of FSX locked and the remaining lock time. It is not a standard token and can not be transferred.

#### Why did my veFSX balance change? How to calculate its balance?

veFSX balance is linearly decreasing to 0 based on the remaining lock duration. Therefore when we are approaching the unlock time, your balance decreases.

veFSX balance can be calculated by:

```javascript
lockedAmount // amount of FSX locked
currentTime // current time
lockEndTime // the unlock time
maxLockTime = 209 * 7 * 24 * 60 * 60 - 1 = 126403199 // max lock time (4 years)
remainingLockTime = lockEndTime - currentTime
veFSX = lockedAmount * (remainingLockTime / maxLockTime)
```

```
#### How to increase my veFSX?
```

Once you have an active veFSX position, you can either add more FSX or renew/extend your lock duration to boost your veFSX balance.

#### What happens when the position unlocks? Can I renew rightaway?

When the veFSX staking position is unlocked, you may withdraw all the staked FSX.

To renew your position, you need to withdraw all the FSX and set up a new staking position by choosing the amount to lock and the lock duration.

#### I locked for 1 week, why the remaining lock time is less than 1 week?

When you lock with the new veFSX, the unlock time is being rounded forward to the nearest Thursday with UTC time. For example, when you lock for 1 week on Tuesday, your actual unlock time will be the upcoming Thursday, which is 2 days later.

You can preview your actual unlock time at the bottom.

#### Can I lock more FSX in FSX pool?

No.

Once veFSX is deployed, the FSX staking pool will be deprecated and no longer accepts any further FSX extension or deposits.

To lock FSX and enjoy its benefits, go to the veFSX page.

#### Why can’t I migrate?

Migrating from FSX pool to veFSX requires you to have an active position. If your FSX pool staking position is already unlocked, simply withdraw those FSX and create a native veFSX staking position.

In some cases, migration can not be performed when your remaining FSX pool lock time is less than 7 days. In such case, simply wait for the unlock, withdraw those FSX and create a native veFSX staking position.

#### Can I early withdraw my locked FSX?

yes.

You can early withdraw your locked FSX with a certain amount of penalty.

#### Can I partially migrate my FSX?

No.

You can only migrate your entire FSX pool position at once.

#### Can multisig wallets be used for interacting with veFSX?

Yes

However, there was a `noContract` modifier implemented in the veFSX staking contract for addresses that are not whitelisted. To enable staking or migrating from fixed-term FSX staking pool. All contract-based multisig wallets must perform a one-time, self-whitelisting action.

To whitelist, visit either of the following pages:

* <https://fusionx.finance/fsx-staking>
* <https://fusionx.finance/gauge-voting>

A prompt should appear. Click "Whitelist" and proceed with the tx in your multisig wallet.

A tx will be fired to the owner of the veFSX, which is a contract with a permission-less write function to allow any contract to perform self-whitelisting.

If the prompt doesn't appear, follow this instruction to execute the tx:

```
// call:
VEFsxOwner.setWhitelist(bool \_status = true)
```

#### Why there are multiple APRs?

Locking FSX to get veFSX provides a number of great benefits around the suite of products built by FusionX. Benefits and incentives come in different forms and from different sources. Therefore, there are multiple APRs.

You can earn all of them concurrently therefore the combined APR will be the sum of all the APRs.

#### What is veFSX Pool APR?

This is the incentive coming from FSX emissions, with its rate controlled by the veFSX Pool voting gauge.

#### What is Revenue Sharing APR?

This is the incentive coming from protocol revenue sharing, coming from swap fees collected in DEX products.

With near-instant transactions and a range of advanced features, FusionX Pro Perpetual offers an exceptional trading experience.

## Perpetual Futures Trading

A Perpetual Futures (Perps) contract is a derivative financial contract without an expiry date that allows traders to speculate on the underlying price movement with leverage, without owning the underlying asset.

#### Key Features:

* **Possibility to Long or Short**: In spot trading, you can only benefit from a token’s potential price appreciation. Perpetual Futures contracts, however, allow you to profit from price movements in either direction. For instance, you can bet that the price of BTC will fall by entering a short BTC-PERP position and profit from a downtrend.
* **Leverage**: With leverage, traders can amplify their buying power. For example, if BTC is priced at 30,000 USDC, you would need 30,000 USDC to buy 1 BTC on the spot market. In contrast, with 10x leverage on a BTC-PERP contract, you can open a 1 BTC-PERP contract on Orderly with only 3,000 USDC as collateral. This makes trading more capital-efficient.
* **Liquidity**: The futures market generally has a much higher trading volume than the spot market, providing users with access to deeper liquidity and minimal price impact.
* **Intuitive UI/UX**: Users benefit from an easy-to-navigate interface with advanced trading tools, including:
  * Orderbook model
  * Limit orders
  * Trailing stops

<figure><img src="/files/TnPzfdkjtJObZJ0ZxQx4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can track your orders on FusionX's trading page or on the **Activity > Derivatives Orders** page, where you’ll find:

* **Open Orders:** Active but not fully executed orders, which you can cancel if needed.
* **Triggers:** Active conditional orders.
* **Order History:** A record of all orders, including canceled and filled.
* **Trade History:** Displays only filled orders.

### Order Types on FusionX

#### Market Order

Market orders allow you to buy or sell instantly at the current price. They are immediate but may incur higher fees since they remove liquidity from the order book.

#### Limit Order

Limit orders let you specify a price to buy or sell at. They execute only if the market price matches or improves upon your limit, offering more control but without the immediacy of a market order.

### Advanced Order Types

#### Conditional Orders

Conditional orders (stop-limit and stop-market) are triggered when a specific price is reached, allowing you to automate buying or selling when the market moves in a particular direction. This can help manage risks or lock in profits.

#### Post-Only Orders

A post-only order is a type of limit order that only adds liquidity to the order book. If it would execute immediately, it will be rejected.

#### Reduce-Only Orders in Derivatives Trading

Reduce-only orders are designed to decrease an existing position without creating a new one. This option prevents you from unintentionally opening a new position in the opposite direction.

**Market or Limit Orders with Reduce-Only Option**

For these orders:

* **No open positions:** Orders are rejected if you don’t hold a position.
* **Existing positions:** Orders are adjusted based on position size.

**Conditional Orders with Reduce-Only Option**

If there are no open positions or active orders, reduce-only conditional orders are rejected. When there’s an open position, these orders execute based on trigger prices and current positions.

#### Slippage Tolerance for Market and Stop-Market Orders

Slippage tolerance limits how much the price can change between placing and executing an order. High slippage tolerance increases the likelihood of order execution but may lead to less favorable prices, while low tolerance reduces this risk but may result in canceled orders.

By following these guidelines, you can efficiently trade on FusionX's Perpetual Futures and Spot Markets, tailoring strategies to your needs using various order types and options for effective risk management.

The Degen Bar usually fills up when the coin's value reaches about $75,000. This can change depending on the price of MNT. When it's full, your coin gets listed on FusionX (Mantle).

### Token Trading and Fees

* You can send and trade your tokens freely, even before the Degen Bar is 100% full.
* takes a small fee of 1% on all trades.

### Extra Services We Offer

DegenX provides more help for meme coins launched on our platform:

* We lock the trading pool tokens permanently for extra security.
* Your coin gets seen by many people early on.
* You become part of the DegenX community.

# Create Profile

DegenX isn’t just about trading and tracking memes. It’s a social platform where you can build your profile and engage with the community directly on the site.

## Create Profile

You can create a username by going to the profile page indicated by the following icon:

On the profile page, you will see the **"Verify Profile to Comment"** button as indicated in the image below.

After verifying your profile, you can click **"Edit Profile"** to create a username. This username will be shown across the site, including when you create coins, trade coins, and comment on the site.

Your profile page will also showcase coins you’ve created and hold, making it a great way to display your collection or check out what your friends are buying.

## User Commentary Section : Share Your Thoughts

DegenX features a **User Commentary Section** that can be easily accessed throughout the site by clicking the designated icon.

The User Commentary Section serves as a space for you to leave comments on coins, and these comments are visible to all users on the platform.

You can view all users' comments by clicking on the **"User Commentary Section"** tab located at the bottom of the site.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [FusionX Telegram](https://t.me/fusionx_finance).

# Create Coin

To start, connect your wallet to DegenX. You’ll need MNT on either the Mantle blockchains to deploy or trade memecoins.

Once connected, head over to the [Create Coin](https://degenx.fusionx.finance/create) page to begin.

![](/files/ojt2hOLsrm54d2AImHY5)

#### Steps to Create a Coin:

1. **Token Name**: Choose a name for your coin (e.g., Dogecoin).
2. **Token Symbol**: Select a ticker symbol (e.g., DOGE).
3. **Description**: Provide a brief description of your coin.
4. **Meme**: Upload the meme associated with the coin.
5. **Creation Fee**: Pay 0.002 MNT to create your coin. (Note: This fee is subject to change.)

That’s it! In addition to these required fields, you can also provide optional information like:

* **Website**
* **Twitter**
* **Telegram**

While optional, these links can help potential buyers connect with you and learn more about your coin.

You can also set a **"Snipe Amount"**, which is the number of tokens you wish to buy at the time of creation. The preview card will show how much of the Degen Bar this will fill.

After submitting the form, you’ll be redirected to your coin’s trading page. There, you can view trading history, top holders, and buy/sell tokens. You can also leave comments on your coin’s page.

# Referrals Program

#### Referral Program

DegenX offers a rewarding referral program for FusionX users, enabling the community to actively participate in the platform’s growth.

**Program Details:**

* **20% of trading fees** on up to $100,000 in total trading volume from all users you refer.
* **30% of trading fees** on any volume exceeding $100,000.

You will earn referral fees from the users you bring on board indefinitely—there’s no expiration and no limit to your earnings. Fees are accumulated and can be claimed instantly.

The DegenX referral program is fully on-chain and available to everyone.

#### How to Participate in the Referral Program

To create your referral code, go to your profile page by clicking the relevant icon.

On your profile page, locate the **"Referral"** button.

<figure><img src="/files/1fBpSlHdsiP02dWzANNl" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

From there, you can generate a unique referral code to join the program.

<figure><img src="/files/qFSxnJKO2hYaLDYvqtS9" alt="" width="500"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After creating your referral code, it will automatically be included in the URL for every page on the site, allowing you to link directly to specific token pages.

A referred user will be associated with you after they complete their first trade.

Here are some effective ways to use this program:

* Share or create a coin on DegenX using your referral code, and earn fees whenever your referrals trade any coins!
* Include a link to the site with your referral code in your social media bios and posts to attract new users.

# DegenX FAQ

**Q: What is DegenX?**\
**A:** DegenX allows you to create your own memecoins for just a few dollars. Have fun launching memes and participating in the community!

***

**Q: How does it work?**\
**A:** When you create a meme on DegenX, it can be bought and sold on the platform until its Degen Bar is full. Once the Degen Bar is full, a FusionX pool (for Mantle) is launched using the MNT collected, and the liquidity pool (LP) is permanently locked. This means no one can withdraw the liquidity or prevent trading of the tokens created on DegenX.

***

**Q: What is the official website?**\
**A:** The official link is <https://degenx.fusionx.finance/>.

***

**Q: What happens to the token when it’s fully aped?**\
**A:** Once a token is fully aped, DegenX pairs the MNT from bonding curve buyers with a portion of the token, creates an LP position on FusionX, and locks the LP. You can then trade the token freely on FusionX.

***

**Q: When does a token launch on FusionX?**\
**A:** The launch timing varies based on the current MNT price but typically occurs around a $75,000 market cap.

***

**Q: If XYZ tool indicates the LP is not locked, is it a rug pull?**\
**A:** We utilize an LP locking contract that some tools may not accurately detect. Rest assured, the LP is permanently locked within this contract and cannot be withdrawn by anyone. You can find our locker contracts for each supported chain in our address book.

# Commonly Asked Business Partnerships Questions

#### How long will it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to applications within a week, but due to a large number of requests, we’re unable to respond to every single applicant. If you don’t hear back from us within two weeks of applying, try reaching out to[ @FusionX\_finance](https://t.me/fusionx_finance) on Telegram, with the name of your project, your project’s website, and the date you applied.

#### What’s the difference between a Core Farm VS Farm Auction

Projects seeking either a Core Farm or a Farm slot via our Farm Auction will have to clear our internal review process. However, a Core Farm is usually offered to projects who have shown excellent trading volumes on FusionX.

#### What are the qualifying criteria for Community Farm VS Core Farm?

Qualifying criteria for Community Farms and Core Farms are based on our internal review process. We don’t publish them externally. If you’re not eligible for a Core Farm, we may invite you to apply for a Community Farm instead.

#### Can I extend my Farm? Or can I get a larger Farm multiplier?

If you’ve already got an ongoing Pool and Farm, you may be able to extend the timeline with additional release of tokens.\
\
If you wish to increase the multiplier, the team will consider it if the 30-day volume is increased. Contact us via your existing FusionX communication channels for enquiries.\\

### Listing on the Exchange

#### How can I list my token on the exchange?

Anybody can "list" any ERC-20 network token on FusionX. You don't need to contact us or ask permission. You just need to [add liquidity to a liquidity pool](https://docs.fusionx.finance/products/exchange) - that's it. Traders can then trade your token by entering your token's contract address.

#### How can I add my token to the default list?

Projects hosting Farms will usually be added to the Extended token list, and other tokens chosen by the FusionX core team may also be added.

We don’t take applications for the list. Users can still add your token manually by entering its contract address.

#### How can I add my token's logo/icon?

Please add your icon to Trust Wallet’s assets repo, which FusionX references:[ https://github.com/trustwallet/assets](https://github.com/trustwallet/assets) or reach out to us on [FusionX Telegram](https://t.me/fusionx_finance)

#### Someone made a fake copy of my token! Can you block it?

Due to FusionX’s nature as an AMM-based DEX, we’re not able to prevent the trading of any token. We recommend ensuring that your token contract is clearly visible and verifiable on your site and educating your users about how to safely trade your token.

#### People get an error when trading my token. What can I do?

Check our [Troubleshooting page](https://docs.fusionx.finance/introduction/click-here-for-help) for a list of common errors on the exchange, and how to solve them.

#### Why are some statistics of my tokens not shown on the Info page?

Tokens need to be paired with a “common” token, and have a minimum amount of liquidity denominated in the “common” token for the Info page to start indexing the token pair. The statistics of the underlying token will be shown once the token pair is indexed.

These are our liquidity requirements across the different chains:

| Chain          | Liquidity Requirement | "Common" Tokens             |
| -------------- | --------------------- | --------------------------- |
| Mantle network | Depends on the token | WMNT, USDT, USDC, WETH, FSX |

  Use the logos and other assets exactly as provided. Do not change the colors, reassemble, abbreviate, or change these assets in any way.

Use your common sense and creativity. If you want to make something relating to the FusionX ecosystem, make it your own.
